What information should I include in the inquiry email?
In your inquiry email, we kindly ask you to include the following details:
Tour Name: Specify the name of the cycling tour you are interested in.Number of Participants: Indicate how many people will be joining the tour.
Duration of the Trip: Let us know how many days you plan to spend on the tour.
Specific Section of the Route: Mention which part of the route you wish to explore.
Accommodation Requirements: Inform us if you need assistance with booking accommodations and specify the desired standard of lodging.
Transportation Needs: Specify if you require transport for yourself or your bicycles.
Additional Services: Indicate if you are interested in other services such as guided tours, bike rentals, meal plans, or additional excursions like kayaking trips etc.
Providing these details will help us tailor the experience to your needs and ensure a smooth and enjoyable tour.
What are the daily distances planned during the organized cycling tours?
The daily distances are tailored to the participants’ fitness levels and preferences, as well as the availability of accommodations along the route. Depending on the distance, the standard of the accommodations may vary. We strive to offer flexibility and will adapt the itinerary to suit everyone’s needs, ensuring a memorable experience. Typically, the daily distances range from 50 to 60 km.
Does the route pass through busy roads?
Most of our cycling routes are designed to follow dedicated bike paths, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for participants. However, in certain areas, particularly in the Beskid Niski region, some segments may follow roads intended for motor vehicles. These are typically low-traffic roads, minimizing potential risks.
Additionally, the routes are carefully marked with directional arrows to assist navigation. In the Beskid Niski region, where signage may be less frequent, we recommend using a map with marked trails to ensure safety and comfort during your ride.
What is the procedure in case of a bicycle breakdown?
With each rented bicycle, we provide a repair kit to assist with minor issues along the way. Should you need further assistance and have not opted for our support service, we kindly ask you to either repair the bike yourself using the kit provided or locate the nearest service station for professional help. We always aim to ensure our clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’re happy to assist in any way we can
Are there restaurants along the trails?
Our cycling routes are designed along well-known bike paths in Poland, where you’ll find various restaurants, including regional ones. However, some sections, especially in the Beskid Niski region, are more remote. In these areas, it’s advisable to bring your own provisions to ensure a comfortable journey.
The Beskid Niski region is renowned for its natural beauty and tranquility. While it offers fewer dining options along the trails, the stunning landscapes and serene environment make it a worthwhile experience.
Please note that while these establishments are excellent, they may not be directly on the cycling routes. Planning ahead and carrying some snacks is advisable for the more secluded sections of your journey.
Are there steep ascents along the cycling routes?
Velo Dunajec: This route is relatively gentle, with occasional short climbs.
Eagle’s Nest Trail: Similar to Velo Dunajec, this trail is relatively gentle, with occasional short climbs.
Beskid Mały: This region features more steep ascents, making the trail more challenging.
Cycling Trail around the Tatras: This route includes long and steep ascents, making it suitable for more advanced cyclists.

Do we offer travel insurance for the duration of the tour?
Yes, we do offer travel insurance for the duration of the tour, should you wish to have it. If you choose this option, we will send you a request for the necessary details to arrange the insurance. The cost of the insurance depends on the number of participants and the duration of the trip

Yes, you can bring your own bicycle on the cycling tour. We will transport your bike to the starting point and pick it up from the final destination of the tour.

Our service includes transporting the e-bikes to your chosen starting point and arranging for their pickup at the end of your tour, providing you with a seamless and hassle-free adventure.
Can I charge my e-bike at the hotel?
Yes, most hotels offer facilities for charging e-bikes. If this is not possible, you can bring the battery to your room to charge it. When booking accommodations independently, please ensure that charging options are available.
Are the cycling routes suitable for families with children?
The Eagle’s Nests Trail and Velo Dunajec are ideal routes for family cycling holidays. They offer scenic views and are suitable for cyclists of all levels. Other cycling tours may require more experience due to varied terrain and longer distances.
