Day 1: Krakow to Wieliczka (25 km)
Easy introduction to your tour. Start from our Krakow shop after bike fitting and route briefing. Cycle through Krakow’s suburbs on riverside paths, arriving at Wieliczka by early afternoon.

Day 2: Wieliczka to Nowy Sącz (80 km)
Your longest day, but gentle terrain. Follow the Vistula then branch onto quieter Dunajec tributaries. Rolling countryside, traditional villages, and peaceful forests.

- Arrival in historic Nowy Sącz’s charming Old Town

Alternative: Split this into two shorter days with overnight in Bochnia (we can arrange this).
Day 3: Nowy Sącz to Stary Sącz (15 km) + Exploration
Short, relaxed cycling day. Easy morning ride to the beautiful small town of Stary Sącz. Spend the afternoon exploring the area, visiting the convent, or taking an optional hike.

Day 4: Stary Sącz to Szczawnica via Pieniny (45 km)
The most spectacular day. Enter Pieniny National Park. Cycle alongside Czorsztyn Lake with stunning mountain reflections. Visit Niedzica Castle commanding views over the water. Arrive at Szczawnica, a spa town nestled in the mountains.

Day 5: Szczawnica Exploration or Return
Flexible final day. Options include:
Option A: Explore Szczawnica and surroundings
- Hike Three Crowns Mountain (stunning panoramic views, 2-3 hours)
- Take the Dunajec Gorge raft trip if you skipped it yesterday
- Relax at spa facilities
- Return to Krakow by bus/train (2 hours, easy connections)
Option B: Cycle back toward Krakow (can be split over 2 days)
- Different route avoiding backtracking
